Former Mayor turned Parking-Lot Goalie

The Lake Worth Herald is reporting that Ron Exline, former Mayor and tactical officer of the "Mothership" bridge crew, could face 90 days of jail time and a $500 fine for a reckless driving charge.

Mr. Exline claims, "All my driving was within four feet and on private property." Mistakenly thinking he was at the helm of his galactic marauder Exline pursued the human teens on skate boards who tried to flee the property in a car. The police report stated that:

"(Excline's C.O.P. vehicle), was stopped facing south in a parking lot of the 3200 block of Cynthia Lane. Vehicle 2 approached. Exline's car then proceeded to travel south in an attempt to block vehicle 2 from leaving the property. V-1 misjudged the time and distance between V-1 and V-2, and did not stop in time causing the front of V-1 to impact the passenger side of V-2."

It would seem that without the on board computer giving Exline range and speed information that that the steering of the "City Vehicle" proved far too challenging for the former Mayor. According to the Herald Article, a police officer stated the role of a Citizen on Patrol (C.O.P.) is "to observe and report, NEVER CONFRONT." What the police don't know is that the rubber of skate board tires are toxic to alien's should they come in contact with them. The grinding of the wheels causes the rubber to heat and the toxic fumes to become airborne, which can be fatal to aliens. With phone calls pouring in from other off world visitors Exline had to act causing him to use a "City Vehicle" like an alien goalie on wheels.

We tried to contact the "Mothership" for comment but E.T. won't phone home.....

What was the results of his day in court?
Will this be a lesson for him? Will his sheep still pass this off as a fender bender?
Or.....Could we stand to be RONNED OVER again?
