Our research department has discovered that Com. Cara Jennings has a page on a website entitled Creative Candidates 2008. We have confirmed with Ms. Lopez, Lake Worth City Clerk, that Jennings has not declared her intent to be a candidate.
We guess following the rules is just to hard for this commissioner.
Someone from the Lindsey camp should be monitoring this type of activity. This seems like a possible violation of campaign laws.
