An elusive source of human or animal waste is contaminating the city's water supply, prompting a boil water order expected to last through Wednesday and a request for customers to use as much water as possible beginning at 10 tonight to purge the system.

Now all the Good conservationist will be crying REVERSE OSMOSIS... Without remembering what the hell they intend to do with the affluent problem.
Flush it out the pipe and destroy the living reef or punp it in the ground and destroy whats left of the reefs in the keys.
CONSERVATION IS NOT CHEAP
COUNTY WATER IS THE BEST SOLUTION
